A Horde raiding guild on Dethecus (US) Pacific Time.

Synergistic is looking for excellent players that want to raid at the highest level. We are currently looking to tweak our roster with skilled and knowledgeable players. If you truly want to be part of this team, take the time to create well-written application by answering all the questions thoroughly.

Experience is more important to us than gear. We can gear up anyone in a very short amount of time, however we want the people receiving the loot to know how to play their class, and not come into our raids and waste everyone's time. We look at your rotations. We are not elitists by any means, we are a close group of online friends that have been playing together for quite some time now. So, if you want to become part of a long lasting group of dedicated raiders, fill out an app.

Applicant Expectations:

-You are highly skilled at your class and are consistently looking for ways to improve (reading forums, theory crafting etc...)

-You are prepared at raids with all consumables (flasks, food, health & mana pots etc...)

-You are prepared for new content, you understand the strategies, and ask questions when you aren't sure of something.

-Provide us with a thorough application - the more info you provide, the better.

-Log out in your PvE gear so our raiders can comment on your application effectively.

We use EPGP system for 25 man loot. The amount of EP(Effort points from raiding) divided by GP(points given for looted items) gives your PR(Loot Priority). This system pretty much puts the loot on a queue system.

We raid 25 mans at 6 pm server Tues. - Thurs.
